Policies and Promises

We pledge to make our properties outstanding, our services friendly and your vacation as carefree as possible.

Our policies regarding our rentals are straightforward. We do offer Travelers Insurance to protect you from any unforseen events. Contact us to inquire.

• Rentals require a deposit to hold.

• Reservations advanced payments are only refundable 30 days prior to arrival date. After 30 days the entire deposit is non-refundable, Unless you have purchase our TRAVEL INSURRANCE available through Travel Guard Inc.

• CHECK-IN time is 3 pm, CHECK-OUT time is 10 am. Departing late may result in additional fees.

• Most of our units are new construction and in an effort to keep them nice and clean smoking is prohibited inside all our units. If you are found smoking inside any unit, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee and any additional charges for restoring the unit to a clean and rentable state.
• Renters are responsible for all keys issues. There will be an additional charge for lost keys.

• Refunds will not be made for malfunction of appliances, air conditioners or other accommodation equipment. Neither will refunds be made during hurricanes unless there is a mandatory evacuation. Contact us about our Travellers Insurance to guarantee your holiday is refundable.

• All units are equipped with bed linen, towels, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and utensils for the kitchen. Damages or missing linens will be charged.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cashier's Checks, Traveler's Checks and cash. No personal checks can be accepted for final payment. Advanced payment or Rental deposit is fine.

• Small pets are allowed in some of our units when prior arrangements are made. A pet fee is required and a charge will be rendered for any pet that has not been arranged for.

• Please call before 4pm on the day of your arrival to confirm your reservation and time of your arrival. If you cannot be here before 5pm, call the office to make arrangements for picking up your keys.
